S.S.E.T Project

This is a collaborative project organized by Marisha Auerbach, Emilie-Rose Currin, Rebecca Steele and Amy Steel on seed saving, exchange and transportation. This project developed from our deep interest to take a closer look at the globalization of our food supply by actively investigating seed saving as a crucial step in preserving our food security. We will be exploring possible solutions by creating a hub where an exchange of ideas can flourish, creative problem solving can be documented and the interaction becomes an interesting conversation between past, present and the future. While our focus is on sustainable practices, seeds, seed saving, food security we are also interested in looking at what this all means in regards to our greater global community.
